What I Do

In my role as a medical professional, I have consistently demonstrated leadership qualities. As a Team Lead for the COVID-19 Case Management team at the Cross River State Covid-19 Isolation Center during the Covid-19 pandemic era. I led medical outreach and sensitization efforts, contributing to local schools’ awareness on hygiene and infection control practices during the pandemic.

Picture me not only in the clinical arena, but also in the corridors of leadership. From serving as the first Senate President of the Student Union Government at the University of Calabar, Nigeria, Youth and Volunteer Coordinator, Nigerian Red Cross Society, Cross River State, General Secretary, Association of Resident Doctors, University of Calabar Teaching Hospital, Calabar to ascending to the position of the President, Nigerian Society, Coventry University, United Kingdom, my leadership odyssey has been a dynamic one. Recently, I secured victory in the election to become the pioneer Part Time Officer of School of Health and Care at Coventry University in the United Kingdom, marking a significant milestone in my leadership journey.
